Problem Solving in Public Works - April Lunc ....

Description :

Human-centered Problem Solving for Public Works

Civic Makers will provide an overview of Public Impact Design, a methodology they developed which blends human-centered design with systems thinking and reflective practice – three powerful, collaborative frameworks for problem-solving and creating change within systems, organizations, and individuals.

CivicMakers partners with organizations and institutions to advance human-centered, collaborative problem-solving through education, consultation and a community of practice.

The luncheon will focus on learning about human-centered design to (re)design services, programs, and policies with those who will be impacted and provide tools to improve empathic listening.
